James Yood came, he spoke. He was good. It was interesting getting to hear him talk about the history of Chicago art. He, naturally, talked a lot about artists like Ed Paschke and not really of relational stuff being done by things like inCUBATE, but that wasn’t really surprising given that he is a lot more mainstream than that.
Second, Bert had his PROM show. which is great. I’m kind of jealous of his life; i love the things he’s always doing.
Third, I won for two of my pieces for OPUS… how great is that? Pretty much the best news I’ll have for awhile.
We’re talking about trying to have another small group for Covenant. I really hope we do before we leave for the summer.
